Job Description
A Human Resource Management Company (HR Consultant) requires an admin officer (lady) with the following criteria:
Process all incoming correspondence such as regular mail, courier envelops, faxes, e-mails, telephone calls which are addressed to the manager distributing these to the appropriate personnel, and where action is required, ensuring that these are acted upon in an efficient and productive manner.
Maintain an organized filing and follow-up system for all correspondence.
Maintain all the required registries log for incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, e-mails and other types of correspondence.
Maintain total confidentiality of all matters relating to the management.
Maintain a monthly, weekly and daily log of appointments and meetings, on a timely manner.
Ensure the correct and smooth flow of paperwork to relevant departments and personnel.
Take dictation, types reports, memorandums, and other types of correspondence and distributes them as advised.
Arrange appointments and meetings; takes minutes; and maintains agenda.
Answer telephone calls, screens them, and directs them accordingly.
Perform other related duties as requested.
Job Specification
Excellent Knowledge of Spoken and Written English
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and email.
Very good communication skills
Able to type memos, faxes, agendas, minutes of meetings, file notes, handover
