Responsibilities:
- Make & set the targets of all sales representatives.
- Assign targets to each sale representative according to their circle.
- Responsible for all sales operations.
- Define and organize all marketing events.
- Finalizing Distribution Network for creating advantage of geographical distribution.
- Route Development for reduction of cost and enhancing efficiency.
- Liaising between customer, suppliers and company.
- Developing dealer and distribution network.
- Monitoring & aligning all stock movement.
- Finalizing transporter's agreement/ Contracts/ freight & bills.
- Supporting and facilitating sales force to meet their targets.

Job Specification
Educational Requirement:
- BS/BA degree in a business related function
- MBA (concentration in Sales & Marketing preferred)
