Job Description
To maintain the financial records of programs and facilitate the required funds to the relevant staff.
To prepare the Financial Components of all ITA Reports & Programs.
To maintain the records of all Fund-raising activities of ITA.
To supply & maintain the stocks of Stationery, Printing &, Petrol, Entertainment, etc.
To deal with all Bank related transactions and to maintain the information of current Bank balances.
To facilitate the preparation of reports & details for Audit purposes.
Built capacity of I.T.A to manage its finance and accounting system.
Arrangements of office furniture, stationery, office equipment & other fitments.
Logistic arrangements for goods.
Provide facilitation to staff in operations matters; Finance, admin and human resources.
Handle banking matters, completing accounts and book keeping and audit.
Manage and maintain record of petty cash, utility bills and office operations/ maintenance and repair.
Implement administrative procedure, rules & regulations e.g. vehicles, equipment handling & maintenance.
Maintaining the office inventory system.
Job Specification
Good Knowledge of MS Office, Quick Books, Outlook and excellent communication skills are a must.
