3. Develop and sustain solid relationships with corporate clients to achieve assigned business targets
4. Develop a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements; and offer customized solutions to fulfil their needs
5. Resolve and escalate areas of concern raised by the clients
6. Explore new markets and opportunities to improve short and long-term business growth
7. Provide excellent customer services to the clients to retain and to ensure business continuity
8. Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
