- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network as per defined parameters

- Provide effective and timely service to users with respect to IT breakdowns/ troubles

- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance and upgrades

- Anticipate, investigate and diagnose system/network problems to avoid service lags

- Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure

- Strong Customer Service skills
