Job Description
Reporting to Q.C. Executive.
Star up the plant by removing chlorine from tank and checking the purity level of CO2 and shut down the production plant.
Check the purity of chemicals like chlorine chloride, ferrous sulphate when purchased.
Check the brix and CO2 of product after half an hour by taking sample from the product and documents the result.
Supervise the line staff like fitter, foreman, filler operate etc. and assign the duties to them.
Supervise the syrup making process.
Supervise to sanitize the plant on fortnightly basis and document the result.
Calibration of pressure gauges, temperature gauges etc. and making periodic reporting to quality manager.
O Ensure the cleanliness of bottle washer jet and alignment of bottle washer jets.
