a.Ensure smooth internet and intranet traffic flow at all times.
b.Implements network security at higher level.
c.Troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery and provision of expert support when necessary.
d.Build and maintain relationship with vendors and manage regarding purchase of hardware and software products.
e.Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
f.Ensures that company intellectual assets are maintained responsibly.
g.Facilitates video / audio conferencing.
h.Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations. When required.
i.Understands how to communicate/sensitive information tactfully.
j.Relays relevant IT-related information to the company in a timely manner.
k.Initiate and implement improvement in all areas of IT responsibility.
l.Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
m.Identify and provide standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
n.Manages day-to-day internal client interaction
o.Set and manage internal client expectations.
p.Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
q.Continually seek opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
