Purpose of Job:
• To represent Finance & Accounts and provide support services at Plant

Principal Responsibilities:
? Maintain Stores ledger system for all Materials and Finished Goods on daily basis.
? Custody of Plant Imprest Money and making payments for plant expenses
? Maintaining Cash book at Plant
? Preparation of Plant Workers Payroll/Overtime etc. for Manager Accounts review and disbursement.
? Funds handling with Plant Bankers.
? Checking the movement of all store issues and receipts with the records.
? Preparation of Landed Cost Sheets.
? Coordinate and verify the month closing data prepared by the Production Manager before sending to Head Office.
? Responsible for physical cycle count of Inventories at each month end and complete stock take after every six months.
? Assist in improving the plant costing systems
? Assist in carrying out various Cost/System/Control Initiatives at Plant.
? Preparation and submission of Receipts/payments/expenses summarise Voucher along with supporting docs to Head Office Accounts at each day end.
? Representing Head Office Finance and Accounts for all related matters.
? Any other work assigned by the Manager Accounts.

Total Years of Experience: 5 to 10 years

Preferred Industry Pharma/Any Manufacturing

Minimum Education Level: B Com., CA Articles Completed with Intermediate Or ICMA Minimum 3 Parts qualified with 5 years Exp.
