1.Directly responsible for shops of the respective divisions for functional and administrative responsibilities.2.To improve stock turnover ratios, reduce stock holding value and increase sales to meet sales targets.3.Always be on the look out for new and related business opportunities to add to the bottom-line as well as enhance branch's brand image amongst prospective buyers4.To analyze the training requirement for providing a satisfactory staff development program. 5.Customer Handling6.Managers & sales staff raining about customer.7.Dealing, display, product & company knowledge.8.Provide sale target to manager every month.9.Shop displays.10.Handling stock shuffling & inventory matters11.Staff evaluation12.Implement any marketing activity inside store, e.g banner, steamer, inside store skins.13.Cash checking and stock counting after 15 days.14.Information about shops covered area.15.Monitoring daily sale16.Shops demand/ renovation /minor repairs.17.Maintain over all discipline in shops.
