Technical support:- Perform hardware and software maintenance duties- Troubleshoot and correct hardware/ software computer and network problems- Assist with the maintenance and operation of approx. 100 workstations- Assist in computer related duties- Ensure all daily tasks including backups complete successfully- Offer technical support of telephone system
Job Specification
Relevant educational background (Bsc. Computer Science, BSCS, ) ordocumented experience as IT / Network Assistant - 1 to 2 years of preferred experience providing all round technical support to users- Must have thorough Windows/MS Office knowledge.- Must have thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software- Knowledge of networking, hard- & software- Must be a team player who can work successfully with other departments in a multicultural and multi-lingual environment.
