We are leading provider of online Quran Tutoring services to students of any age. Majority of our students are from English speaking countries (USA, UK, etc.). We are looking for a qualified and experienced Telephone Service Representative working from our Lahore or Rawalpindi office. Suitable candidate having reliable internet coonection may be allowed to work from home too. The selected candidate will be responsible for calling online tutoring prospects and customers, organizing online classes, coordinating tutoring between students and tutors. This is commission based Telephone sales position. So there is no fixed salary and compensation is based upon the number of paying students you are able to make each month from the list of prospects provided to you. The selected candidate will be required to work during late night, early morning, and flexible hours to match the requirements of USA, UK, etc. customers.
Job Specification
- Prior 2-4 years of Telephone Sales Representative, Telesales, CSR, or Call Center experience with English speaking customers.
- Excellent English oral communication skills.
- Calling Prospects and Customers related to online tutoring and setting up online lessons
- Great customer satisfaction experience.
