As a JJ business development manager (BDM) you will become the first point of contact between JJand potential new customers. During your initial telephone conversation with customers you will be expected to obtain qualifying information such as the buyer details and distribution networks, and then to create interest in the JJ product range. You will explain our services, health benefits and product technology, as well as answer any questions customers may have. Your objective is to make appointments for field-sales representatives to visit and close deals. You shall then be required to manage customer accounts.

Full-Time Staff Wages Basic: Rs23000 - Rs33,000 On Target Earning: Rs65,000Rs. JJ Limited offer the best commission and bonus structures in Pakistan, customers acquired by TSR's are retained and managed by TSR's therefore commissions are given on all new and proceeding orders.
