Job Description
o Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
o Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondences
o Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
o Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment
o Maintain the record for all office equipment
o Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
o Maintain adequate balance sheet for petty cash
o Maintain proper filing or PO/DO of branch office and their correspondence to Head Office
o Perform other related duties as required

Salient Requirement:
-Smart and excellent physical hygiene
-Proficiency and familiarity of working with computers, especially working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Urdu but should be good to excellent in English language skills too.
