- Must have a high speed PC at home
- Must have more than 3 years of solid and relevant development experience.

We require an expert asp.net / c# developer who will be responsible for developing complex (not simple websites with web controls and database connectivity only) Asp.net (C#) applications from scratch on their own, and to work on our very large and complex existing asp.net applications. These will be varied and feature-rich applications using the latest and cutting edge approaches, methodologies, technologies and design patterns. Job Specification
- Previous experience (3+ years) of developing large multi-tier web applications with Asp.Net, C# and SQL Server
- Have very strong command over C#/Asp.Net 2.0/1.1
- Have excellent command on Javascript (JSON is a bonus), AJAX, XHtml, XML/XSLT, CSS, ADO.NET, SQL 2005/2008
- Proficient in database designing/normalization and use of stored procedures and handling transactions
- Must be able to work on own with little or no support and In a high pressure environment - therefore must have expert experience developing C# /Asp.net / Sql applications from start to end on own
- Hands on experience with delegates, events, threads (multi-threading), collections, data serialization, XML, web services
- Experience developing for distributed multi-tier systems involving inter-related technologies and architectures
- knowledge/experience of working with third party controls (e.g. telerik RAD, infragistics)
- Knowledge or experience of test driven development (NUnit)
- Web standards and cross-browser/platform delivery
- Must have exceptional performance and professionalism and be well versed with latest web technologies
Desirable
- Experience with any of LINQ, WCF, WPF, Silverlight (must be willing to learn these fast at the least)
- Working knowledge of any reporting solutions like SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports etc
- Experience of windows messaging, service oriented architecture, multi-threaded back-end services.

We are looking for experienced and expert programmers, at the top of their game, who know their stuff and can work comfortably on their own and produce results efficiently. Salary will be based on experience and market average.
