Working Knowledge:

The Candidate should have good hands-on knowledge of golf course maintenance practices particularly on:

Greens, tees, fairways, roughs and bunkers
Irrigation, fertilizer/pesticide application, flower gardens, trees and shrubbery
Equipment operation, servicing and repair of golf course machinery
Participating knowledge of the game
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
Departmental planning, budgeting, and general administration

Qualification and Experience:


Candidate having a degree in agronomy / horticulture / soil sciences with minimum 5-years of experience as golf course superintendent or those without relevant academic qualification but have proven track record of more than 10-years as golf course superintendent.
