1. Development, planning, implementation & evaluation of nursing program.
2. Develop philosophy & objectives for educational program.
3. Identifies the present needs related to the educational program & investigate, evaluate & secure resources.
4. Select & organize learning experiences.
5. Planning activities & put programs in place with staff to ensure attainment of School of Nursing vision.
6. Monitor and assessment of students those are assigned to different Departments e.g. maternity wards, Antenatal clinics, Delivery room, Newborn Nursery and Special Care Unit, according to requirements of P.N.C. and assigns students accordingly in coordination with Nursing Service. Arranges for public health experience, Domiciliary Midwifery and field trips. etc..

General understanding of responsibilities & problems of students, comprehensive knowledge of purpose, structure & functions of school, Leadership, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Critical thinking and Decision making, ability to effectively evaluate coworkers and staff.
