Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
- Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC, Facebook ads initiatives and campaigns
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
- Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns and Facebook conversion campaigns
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyse competitor advertising links
Job Specification
We are looking for Google AdWords and Facebook ads experts with at least 5 years of experience managing and executing campaigns. Candidates should be expert in search, display and YouTube ad campaigns. Ability to do keyword research and optimize campaigns. Retargeting and remarketing campaigns while identifying appropriate audience and research is required. Proven record of working on high budget campaigns directly. Thorough knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics is required.
Experience working with Facebook business manager and launching all sorts of campaigns specially conversion-based campaigns and working with Facebook pixels.

Requirement
- Proven SEM and Facebook Ads experience
- Handling decent budget for various international campaigns preferably in UAE
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- Experience with website analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
- BS/MS degree in Marketing
