Job Description

General Purpose:
To drive the channel & retail developmental agenda at LSU for the two businesses (Devices & Solutions) and to improve the Sales effectiveness and efficiency at LSU

Main Responsibility Areas:
To manage & take full accountability for the channel Management & development initiatives for devices & solutions.(Eg. Upstream, rural etc)

To drive the Retail management & development initiatives at LSU (eg. Impact at retail, REX etc)

Drive processes & tools to improve Sales Efficiency & effectiveness at LSU for devices and solutions.(eg. KIDI, SMR)

To engineer and execute specific sales development projects to improve overall Sales execution & operations (eg. Sales Planning, CCT etc)

Deliverables/ KPI:
Net Sales (Devices + Soln +Gear)
Market Share
Sell-in / Sell-thru, Sell-out

Solution Responsibilities/Solution Deliverables:
Help develop various channel & sales TCOs for Solns
Drive SMR visibility for (range + depth) in Soln Focus o/ls
Ensure retail, FF and Distbr Sales Force readiness for Soln Sales

Job Specification

Competencies:
Some of the key Sales Competencies are:
Business Insight with a focus on customer, channel and market understanding
Business Planning with focus on customer value propositions, Financial Acumen
Leading & Coaching with a focus on providing direction, gaining support via logical and rationale engagement.

Qualification & Experience:
Degree in Management Education preferred. Experience of min 8-10 yrs. Functional Expertise.
Telecommunications Experience Essential
