Job Description
The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for
- Placing technical support calls.
- Resolving PC Hardware, various Windows OS support including Software packages bundled with systems.
- Supporting PC/Laptop product support, including installation and advanced hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service skills are required to deal with our customers at all times.
-Efficiently and effectively solving issues presented by our customers.
-Following all processes and procedures established for the company.
