Ensuring proper coverage (Numeric as well as Weighted) in distributor Town.
Relationship Build to Managers, Dealers, purchased Managers.
Maintaining a good product mix of all household categories ensuring the highest gross margins nationally
Identifying the branding opportunities in the area.
Relationship management /key accounts.

Managing an area team with Sales man as direct reported.
