Job Specification
1. Excellent spoken English skills with Neutral or American Accent. 2. Candidates holding minimum of 1 months Call Center experience in handling Outbound Sales calls and interacting with US-Based customers will be preferred. 3. Must know how to use Email, Internet, MS Word, Power Point and Excel. 4. Attention to details, team work, and problem solving skills. 5. Must have the ability to serve US-based customers and provide high quality services.
