Job Description
-Manage Project issues, budget and schedule.
-Prepare technical construction specification
-Conduct survey at site to gather field data.
-Co-ordinate the activities of the design & construction team.
-Inspect project site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification/safety standard.
-Manage direct construction, Operations & maintenance activities.
-Estimate quantities and cost of material of selected, equipment labor to determine project feasibility.
-Test Soil and Material to determine the adequate and strength of foundation, Concrete and steel.
-Provide technical advice regarding design construction or program modification to staff.
-To have effective communication with the management and Labor for smooth/efficient workflow.
Job Specification
-Relevant Knowledge & Experience
-Good Managerial & Communication Skills (Oral & Written),
-Knowlege of Engineering Techniques
-AutoCAD, M.S Project, and Ms. Office (Excel & Word).
