Job Description
The incumbent has to:
1) organize data gathered during statistical research
2) summarize findings, create reports, including charts and graphs, maintain data bases of statistical information and keep hard files of surveys.
3) sometimes be called upon to administer surveys, supervise focus groups or make presentations to clients and co-workers
4) may also perform administrative duties, such as scheduling, word processing and data entry.
Job Specification
Suitable Candiadte must:
1) have good computer and math skills, in addition to strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2)have familiar with statistical software, possess good data entry and word processing skills and be able to create charts and graphs
3) have knowledge about the field in which they are collecting data is essential so that they can verify information, detect errors and summarize results.
4) must be highly organized, able to manage data and maintain computer and paper files.
5) also coordinate schedules and perform additional administrative duties.
6) should be comfortable interacting with clients, co-workers and survey subjects
