Job Description
ApexChat is currently processing 40,000+ chats per month on behalf of 500+ US businesses. To meet the growing chat volume and growing customer base we are looking to add 25 new home based chat agents in the coming weeks .
Agents will be expected to stay online from their own home computers during scheduled times and handle incoming chat calls. Even though this is a home based position, agents will be required initially to spend 2-3 weeks of training at our Karachi office in Gulshan-e-Jamal.
Job Specification
The agents must have functional recent computer, Internet connection, and power backup (or a laptop that has its own backup) at home.
The agents must possess exceptional English comprehension and English writing skills. Must also be well versed with the use of computers and be able to work during the night to service the US market. Must be a good at multitasking.
Pay: Base Pay + per chat commission. Part time also available.
