MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent required. At least ten (10) years of directly related work experience required. Five (5) years project management or project leader required. Working knowledge of ITIL and SDLC. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Expertise in CRM systems is necessary. PMP a plus.


Job Description:

Sakonent, the leading US based CRM consulting firm in Pakistan, with both an on-shore and off-shore business model, is currently looking to hire a CRM Project Manager in our Karachi International Development Center

Develops project plans and timelines to achieve goals. Works with clients to identify, evaluate and solve IT related business problems. Evaluates existing systems and/or customer needs to analyze, design, recommend, and implement system and business process changes using various process improvement methodology. Manages the coordination and completion of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops detailed project plans and timelines for assigned projects. Responsible for achieving project goals, meeting milestones, and delivery of project. Writes communications, policies, or procedures applicable to projects.

- May lead teams including delegating work, establishing deadlines, and following up on assignments. Oversees meetings, agendas, and notes. May provide team member performance assessment to management.
- Using the SDLC or other methodology, ensure that all relevant stages of the project life cycle are thoroughly completed. Ensure that all requirements are collected and appropriately represented within the project.
- Manage overall coordination of IT projects, from planning through implementation.
- Develop and maintain appropriate project documentation
- Set and manage any change in scope, deadlines, and deliverables; assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.
- Conduct periodic reviews of project status via regular status update meetings with Project Team and Stakeholders. Communicate status of project including schedule, cost, risks, issues, and proposed changes.
- Work with Executive level management for overall strategy as well as line level management from a tactical standpoint
- Participate in Business Owners departmental meetings and Task Forces in order to anticipate and react to the needs of the Business Owners
- Serve as a liaison between IT groups, focusing on process improvement, new technology needs and initiatives
- Gather data from stakeholders to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and write detailed description of business needs and requirements, system functions, and steps required to develop or modify systems and processes.
- Proactively identify and recommend process changes and automated ways to solve business problems.
- Other tasks as needed.
