Job Description
To Plan, Organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of Information System and electronic data processing (EDP).
To keep updated record of IT Inventory and track record of IT equipment movement to other company offices. To maintain all Hardware & Software, Network and other IT equipment of the company.
To maintain Domain Servers, E-mail Servers, Database Servers, File Servers and Print Servers
To ensure Data Backups daily, monthly, & Data Security at Head Office & Site Project and keep document record of the followings: Organize Data on Standard Directory Structure, Define Users & Share Level Access, Define Backup Routines & schedules, Ensure Safe & Secure Storage of Data.
To ensure virus protection and update Antivirus whenever available. Keep record of Virus Attacks & Anti Virus updated
To prepare demand indents and coordinate with Procurement department for Procurement process and bills forwarding to Accounts Department & also ensure consumable backups.
To take preventive measures to ensure security of Local Area Network at Works, Head Office & Site Projects.
To develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing & computer systems operations and development.
To prepare and maintain following documents: Domain users Policy, Network Diagram, IP List, Equipment Position List of IT Tools, Software CDs Library & to assist and train individual users for trouble free operation
To ensure unauthorized use or illegal access of IT Equipment on all locations. Coordinate with Business Development for Presentations or any other activity.
To maintain Company IT Equipment, Networks, Servers & Workstations and websites
Job Specification
CCNA, MCSE, Hardware and software troubleshooting, Innovative, Analytical skills, IT Software(s), Advance Networking, can work on LAN & WAN Systems
