The ideal candidate for this position should be able to .

• Design and develop new geospatial functionality within existing web applications
• Have Web development experience and related languages such as reactJS
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of Backend GIS concepts and must be proficient with NodeJS and backend systems
• Work with various remote data sources and APIs via REST and JSON
• Ability to develop complex, progressively-enhanced responsive applications for a variety of browsers, operating systems, and screen sizes
• Passion for aesthetically pleasing designs is required.

• Ability to think outside the box to deliver unique solutions. We support and promote creative freedom and solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to modifying code from previous projects in order to meet strict client deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail is required

• Google Earth (Engine), Google Maps javascript API, etc.
• Esri- arcGIS solutions
• Cesium 3D geospatial
• QGIS - 1 year experience
• RDBMS: PostgreSQL / Oracle / SQLServer
• GeoDB: Generic Spatial SQL or ESRI SDE on top of PostgreSQL / PostGIS, extended with specific functionalities like Event Storage (SpatioTemporal Big Data Store) or NonSQL datastorage like Elastic
