Job Requirements are as follows: - Candidate must have complete Understanding and Experience of Working on Outsourcing Websites like Elance, Odesk, Guru and Get a Freelancer Etc. - Skills to write comprehensive Business Proposals & Bids - Experience in online Business Development & Marketing. - Day to day communication & followup with clients from start to the end of project. - Maintaining long term relations with clients on permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients * We'll offer a handsome salary package based on your experience, skills to develop business and achieve monthly sale goals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication. Should be fluent in speaking English - Background and understanding of IT, Web Designing, Web Development and Applications Development Projects. - Excellent Team Player Skills, Experience and Expertise. - Target oriented and self-driven - Possess good understanding of sale process and selling tactics - BBA or MBA degree would be a plus.
