Job Description
To conduct critical analysis of the channels programs and propose strategies for improvement vis a vis quality, viewership and revenue generation
To present a daily/weekly/monthly comparative analysis report of a specific program as assigned by the Management
To conduct a survey amongst general public and suggest to the COO any proposed changes/ addition of segments to the programs for further improvement
To keep an eye on other programs of the same genre on various channels and identify the areas where we can improve.
To float new ideas and devise new strategies for further growth
Job Specification
Masters or equivalent in Marketing, business strategy or relevant field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, Fresh Graduates also encouraged to apply
Must be able to think out of the box
Must be creative and should be able to float new ideas
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present their findings/suggestions in a befitting manner
Well developed knowledge of critical analysis, planning principles and practical business strategies
Knowledge of principles, methodology, practices of data collection
Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
