To cater for our expanding operations, a Graduate is required with Technical Support / Software & Web development experience in: ASP.NET / Ajax .NET with C# (Visual Studio 2005 & 2008) SQL Server 2005 / 2008 GSM / GPRS / GPS Technologies

Minimum Bachelor's Degree Fluency in English, strong written & verbal communication skills TCP/IP, Networking. Working knowledge of SQL Server 2005 & 2008 GSM / GPRS / GPS Knowledge preferred Windows Server 2003, 2008, XP & Windows 7. Operating Systems, Remote Desktop, Diagnostic capabilities and ability to resolve problems. Understanding of PC components & functionality Responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls from International Customers, Resellers with trouble reports Provide customer / reseller support Analyze & isolate trouble conditions Ability to work with customers on the telephone / chat, and isolate problems with the equipment at customer location Minimum Requirements: 2 years experience in Software Development environment Our office is located in Abbottabad and Applicants should only apply if they are a local resident or intend to relocate / travel to Abbottabad. The post is for serious candidates and we expect Applicants to sign a minimum two year contract after successfully completing 3 months probation period. We require dedicated staff who are serious in working in the software development tools we currently use: SQL Server 2005 / 2008, C#, ASP.NET, Dot Net 3.5 & 4.0, Java Script & Java Query Familiarity with internet networking and networking components such as routers, LAN topology, Ethernet & Network Interface cards Familiarity with windows hardware & software configuration Excellent listening & communication / language skills Accurate data entry and typing skills Ability to work under pressure in team environment Will be required to use a headset and sit at a work station for periods of time while working at a computer terminal assisting customers The Employee will have the chance to learn and acquire knowledge of advanced and powerful new technologies such as - ASP.NET - C# .NET - Google Maps (GIS Development) - GPS / GSM / GPRS Technologies - Serial Comms (Modems) - SQL Server 2005 / 2008 - Telematics Candidates will be required to pass any appropriate pre-employment tests.
