Job Description
-This position reports to BOM.
-To join office at 08:00 sharp, in the morning, daily, in proper neat and clean office dress code with fresh mind and neat personality.
-The given cellular phone should remain turned on during and after office hours, to answer to all calls.
-Daily, get the order delivery plan along with signed printed invoices by SHS, in the morning.
-To check the products for counts, as per the SKUwise total of the invoices, and their suitability/right shaped, product condition, inside temperature and FIFO at random, during 08:15 to 08:30 hours, daily.
-To leave office for market by 08:30 hours, daily, and ensure deliveries as per the printed invoices, (in case of major change, inform to BOM from the same outlet).
-To check the existing stock inside the cabinet and record SKUwise counting, shapes, cabinet purity, cleanliness, placement, ordering of products, placement of price cards, coolers handling will also be recorded.
-To merchandise the product in the cabinet, as per the given standards.
-To fill out all the given formats, regularly and correctly, along with the arrival and exit time from each outlet.
-To see and record all KBIs, as given above, in competitors cabinet.
-To ensure to complete the route with the given invoices collecting complete cash on the same delivery time.
-To Deposit Cash amount to any Branch of Specified Banks, as it reaches PKR20,000, and to keep receipts safely to submit at the time of settlement at Office.
-To reach back office till 18:30 hours and submit all POD(proofs of deliveries, copies of signed invoices of the owner of outlet authorize person by the owner, along with his mobile number for company record) to DPOs, for confirming the sales cycle against a day before orders, and his commission amount.
-To get check the remaining products in the vehicle for counting and the condition to shipping Officer, and get Full in Sheets signed by the same shipping officer.
-To submit the Banks payment slips and the remaining cash amount to company cashier/settlement guy along with the signed document of Load outs and Full in sheets, signed by the shipping officer.
-Cash or Product shortage is the sole responsibility of the Delivery man.
