Action Script / Flash / Flex Developer

We are looking for at least Flash / Action Script developers who possess hands on experience in creating & managing interactive flash based websites / applications. The ideal candidate must have around 2 years of professional experience in creating interactive timeline based or Action Script based flash websites.

Must have solid understanding of the Flash Time line - Exceptional expertise in Action Script 3 - Fluent in handling XML data in Flash - Demonstrable expertise in creating & extending interactive & dynamic flash contents - Must possess good designing skills - Good to have skills in UI designing - Must have demonstrable expertise in creating user friendly user interfaces. Plus Points - Prior experience of integrating flash contents with server side data & XML contents. - Experience with Flex development - Thorough understanding of creating controls/Skins elements in Flash Professional
