Liability Sales Officer

• Identify potential customers and develop relationships to acquire new business and to achieve assigned liability sales targets and manage portfolio quality • Understand customers’ financial as well as investment needs. • Meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers • Ensure compliance in sales, service, and delivery to customer in accordance with bank policies. Ensure effective and standardized internal control, and report as per bank policies and SBP regulations. Adhere compliance on Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti Money Laundering (AML) during the entire relationship of the customer with bank • Ensure effective market coverage and customers reach. Maintain steady growth in market share.

• Preferably Masters Degree from foreign/HEC recognized university, in business administration/banking & finance/commerce/accounting or economics. • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience. Experience in Banking / Financial Institution will be an added advantage. • Well versed with relationship management, deposit mobilization principles and innovative sales techniques • In-depth knowledge of liability products and services • Excellent selling / relationship building / influencing skills • Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills. • Willing to travel across country. • PC skills including word processing and advanced spreadsheet capabilities. • Preferably Age up to 30 years.
