Target Market Analysis Competition Analysis System integration and user acceptance prepared by test engineers. Review test cases document Analyze requirements during the requirement analysis phase of projects. Escalate issues about project requirement (Software,Hardware Resources) to project manager Assign tasks to all testing team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project. Ensure content and structure of all testing documents. Track and report upon testing activities including testing results,test case coverage,required resources,defects discovered and their status,performance baselines etc. Review various reports prepared by test engineers. Identify training requirements and forward it to project manager. Attend weekly team leader meetings. Motivate team members. Conduct internal training on various projects. SEO On-page (Keyword Analysis, Meta, Content Optimization and as advised by his/her manager. Social Bookmarking Forum Posting Blog Commenting Article Submissions Directory Submissions Link Building Blog Post Writing Classified Submissions Documentation of all activities performed Reporting to Manager SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have strong command on search engine. Able to analyze,measure and track site BCS from a reputed university. Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to develop strategies to gain search engine ranking. EXPERIENCE: Atleast 1 year experience with minimum 1 year in lead field. SALARY: OPEN
