Roles and Responsibilites:

• You should be able to handle our social media presence across 5-channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter) ensuring high levels of traffic and customer engagement.

• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers, likes, Shares and Views

• Must have proven skills in SEO, SEM, SMM and SMO

• Must have proven work experience in Google Marketing Tools for Business.

• Lead Generation and management

• Monitor traffic to platforms and key metrics

• Use social media scheduling system / software to schedule posts, retweets and updates

• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency

• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels

• Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly

• Ensure brand consistency

• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

• Communicate with followers, respond to queries and monitor customer reviews

• Write additional social media posts for events, announcements, and products ongoing

• Communicate with internal team on social media post status and implementation

• Generate Weekly and Monthly Social Media Reports

• A/B Testing Professional Skills & Qualifications

• Proven work experience managing social media accounts including Facebook , LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, among others

• Understanding of current creative media, mediums and trends

• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred

• Hands on experience in content management

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science , Software Engineering

• Work Experience: 2-3 Years of Experience in a Reputable Company

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM and SMO tools

Work experience in Google Marketing Tools for Busine
