Managing and directing the daily activities of telesales representatives
Acting as an information source and answering operator or agents questions, assigning tasks, following up and giving instructions as needed.
Carrying out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all agents and operators to improve the efficiency.
Develops an overall plan and provides direction for telemarketing division to increase package sales.
-Reviews and provides input on all new scripts, rebuttals and sales presentations.
-Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff.
-Carrying out supervision, call monitoring, coaching, training, disciplining, and reviewing all agents or operators.
Ensuring that the team members acquire the appropriate support and training to apply the best skills and knowledge on the job.
Compiling and maintaining calling lists and ensuring that the operators can use all lists for calling.
Practicing and ensuring compliance with that of all the organizations policies and procedures.
Managing one's own time and the time of others. Monitoring/Assessing performance of individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action. Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures. Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
