Candidates (Male/Female) must have BCS (Computer Sciences) degree and should have

- Must cable to perform multi tasking at one time.

Job Specification
Candidates should have:
- Knowledge of Web Hosting, Domain Registration and Customer Support of Web hosting
- Knowledge of programming languages ASP, PHP, .NET, HTML etc to fix customers coding issues
- Windows & Linux Server Securities & Red Hat Linux
- Able to resolve customer issues quickly
- Excellent Writing and Communication Skills
- Knowledge of WHM & Plesk & Permissions - Quick Problem Solver
- Capable to work in pressure
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls, chats
- Talking clients through a series of actions over the telephone
- Ability to prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time
- Ability to read, write, analyze and apply technical support procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Be centered on customer service, consistency, and excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
