Nature & Scope Sales Coordinator to manage sales activities within office and to coordinate with sales person for quotes and other related sales activities Responsibilities 1. coordinate with sales team for preparation of quotation 2. Preparation of quotation for clients 3. Follow up on receivables 4. Sales Order preparation 5. follow-up of deliveries with Accounts and inventory 6. coordinate with Helpdesk coordinator for clients related problems 7. Follow up with clients for new and renewal of old contracts 9. attend walk in customer within office 10. Prepare sales reports and analysis to achieve business development activities
