Job Description
Purpose: This position is primarily responsible for Sales Calls which will contribute to company's customer growth in units sold and revenue attained. This representative is responsible for increasing the sell-in percentages of all CORE products.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers.
- Executes Sales Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages. - Educates and becomes an expert on company products. Supports customers in purchase of computers and placing orders over the phone.
- Answers inquiries regarding computer sales, shipments and transactions.
- Enter orders and accurately updating information in computer systems.
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly / annual computer sales goals & team goals.
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills.
Job Specification
- Fluency in written & spoken English language
- Good typing skills
- Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise
customers accordingly
- Patience and anger management skills
- Knowledge of the Program, Salesmanship, Use of Rebuttals,
Script Flow.
- Ability to use OS, CRM and Telephony hardware.
- Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role.
