Provide technical inputs to implement the project activities, achieve project targets and provide leadership to their teams.
Develop strong liaison with district departments and coordinate with team members and management to meet the project objectives/targets with sustainability.
Make monthly progress report and share with project manager and team members. Shall quarterly report with district government/advisory committee.
Make recommendations on interventions accordingly and develop analytical tracking reports.
Plan strengthening of community groups through participatory interactions.
Plan and organize training sessions for district level officials to prepare baselines and make plans of enhancing capacity for district based planning.
Develop progress & analytical reports, case studies & presentations; participate in monitoring/ evaluation exercises.
Linkage with donor and corporate sector.
Provide guidance in district financial matters, ensure monthly forecast for project activities and office.
Ensure that all office equipment & vehicles are properly maintained & report according to set procedures.
Manage district team comprising program, admin, support staff and consultants.
Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills. Understanding of databases & ability to develop analytical reports. Command over computer skills i.e. Word/ Excel/ Power Point/ email communications. Understanding of education planning at village/ union council/ district level. Ability to identify HRD requirements, train team members and manage them effectively. Ability to develop working relationship with District Govt./Dept. officials.
