Reviewing resumes 5. Contacting the resource and conduct initial screening (overall qualification, communication skills) 5. Reference checking 7. Formatting resumes 8. Candidate follow up.

1. Recent experience US IT recruiting for staffing firms is a MUST for this position 2. Minimum of 3+ years of successful US IT recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals 3. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements 4. Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple high priority requirements at any given time 5. Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume requisition workload 6. Must have broad overall knowledge of technical terminology 7. Proven ability to cultivate relationships with technical professionals 8. Must be familiar with social networking techniques such as LinkedIn and Facebook 9. Must have strong organization skills and ability to multitask 10. Must be an exceptional team player with excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills 11. Must be able to communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment 12. Must have exceptional customer service skills and must be able to effectively work under pressure 13. Competent in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle 14. Strong existing network of technical resources preferred 15. Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, etc.) 16. Ability to work with limited supervision 17. Ability to work extended hours 18.
