* Coordination among various teams like Operation,Support and Management
* Communication Management between stakeholders in USA,Australia and Pakistan
* Report Writing, Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring
* Analyzing the issues reported in software application for logs and reports
* Ensuring KPI
* Making sure that the operations are successful
* Motivation Management and team building
* Process Implementation and Improvements
* Continuous Process Improvements
Job Specification
1.Management Understanding 2.Highly Pro-active 3.Excellent interpersonal Skills 4.Excellent English - Speaking and Writing 5.Capable of analyzing data using various tools Experience and Education At least 3 years of Experience running successful operations in BPO or Call Centers Graduate from a reputed foreign or local university ITIL, Six Sigma Certification is a plus
