To maintain office functionality. Keep a direct contact with the CEO office and oversee the implementation of the directives by the CEO.
Actively oversee daily official correspondences.
Operating Telephones.
Answer to customer and provide detailed information.
Make receipt for payments.
Any other work assign by CEO/MD
Organize meetings, calendar & presentations.
Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information and assignments.
Schedule appointments, maintains , processing reminders accordingly and updates CEO/Directors daily calendar.
Job Specification
Confident to work in Accounts Office and must have knowledge of Computer software's like MS office etc.
Smart and intelligent.
Can talk with the clients and give them our firms Presentation.
Good command on Verbal/written English.
Good command on MS office
Good command on statistical data punching.
Punctuality, Keen interest in Office disciplines
