Exploring new projects, building networks and proposal writing/bidding. Engaging with the Government relationship building public sector for policy influence. Engaging with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and partners. Supporting and Monitoring Projects/ programs. Selection of teachers; educators for Plymouth State University (PSU)/ Pakistani Educational Leadership Institute (PELI) and other courses. Fostering and promoting professional networks: PELI Alumni & PTAN others. Supporting Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan 2010-2015 as an anchor person in collaboration with ASER Team Pakistan. Training/research/analysis/field monitoring/ report writing and dissemination. Provide technical inputs to implement the project activities, achieve project targets and provide leadership to their teams. Develop strong liaison with other departments and coordinate with team members and management to meet the project objectives/targets with sustainability. Plan strengthening of community groups through participatory interactions. Develop progress & analytical reports, case studies & presentations; participate in monitoring/ evaluation exercises. Provide guidance in financial matters, ensure monthly forecast for project activities and office.

Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills. Excellent report writing skills. Command over computer skills i.e. Word/ Excel/ Power Point/ email communications. Ability to identify HRD requirements, train team members and manage them effectively. Ability to develop working relationship with other stakeholders.
