Job Description
Greet walk-in customers/visitors, handle their queries, and provide them support.
Handle all inward / outward correspondence i.e. calls / faxes / couriers and make sure that no incoming call go unattended.
Record messages and convey them to the concerned officials in a timely manner.
Maintain and upkeep record of all inward / outward correspondence.
Manage the telephone exchange and ensure that it is working properly at all times.
Job Specification
Candidate must possess 14-years of education and minimum 1-2 Years of Customer Handling experience.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Candidate must have pleasant personality, open minded and adaptable.
Candidate must be an independent worker who can carry out required tasks and responsibilities diligently, with minimum guidelines and instructions.
