Android/ubuntu/windows Developer

The candidate must be an experienced Android/Ubuntu/Windows developer capable of architecting, designing, developing and testing complex applications for a variety of Android/Ubuntu/Windows devices. An excellent understanding of software design and design patterns, good debugging skills and a solid work ethic are essential requirements. The candidate must be self-driven and self-managed with the ability to operate effectively with little oversight though collaboration and feedback from the business will be essential drivers in the direction of the product. Strong communications skills are a must with a high emphasis on the ability to explain technology in business terms and to express opinions clearly in a straightforward manner. 1-Convert existing browser-based enterprise products to native mobile applications 2-Implement new products and enhancements as they are required 3-Recruit and grow a team as necessary

-A degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related experience. -Minimum 2-3 years of professional hands-on programming experience -Previous experience with tablet devices is an advantage -1+ year of MSSQL experience preferred -Experience in writing automated tests preferred -Knowledge/experience of .Net frameworks with a view to being able to integrate the applications to existing products and their databases would be an advantage -Designing and Implementation of WiFi Hot Spot model Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills Interested candidates can send updated CV to (jobs@alternate-gear.com).
