Strategy Management Consultant

A reputable management consulting firm is seeking to identify a dynamic Strategy Management Consultant for its growing business area. The incumbent will have expertise in the strategic management and measurement system, Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for Short, Medium, and Long term and preferably has experience in consultancy work in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and/or the Middle East Region. He will be actively involved in the business development, consultancy and team development and management. Professional Experience: - 6+ years in corporate planning, organisational development, strategy development and execution and operational planning - Experience in development of Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Maps, Alignment and Cascading is preferred. - Experience in coordinating and participating in multi-disciplined action teams as directed to tackle problems and issues of organizational structure and procedures throughout the organization - Experience in coordinating and facilitating the multi-disciplined teams in identifying strategic objectives, strategic measures (KPIs) and strategic initiatives - Experience in ONE of the business intelligence software is preferred i.e. Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, Cognos or equivalent.

- Excellent Planning and organising skills - Excellent coordinating and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills with good knowledge of spoken and written English - Ability to work effectively with others and build strong relationships with variety of clients and their senior management and departmental heads and other stakeholders - Previous successful consulting work history is desirable - Business and commercial acumen and business development skills are preferred - Proficient in the use of PC based spreadsheet and presentation packages - Willing to travel
