Job Description
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in IS or related discipline and 2-4 years experience with IT Service Delivery area
ITIL V3 certification is required
Preferred
Solid experience with IT processes Management including portfolio planning, phases of (SDLC), BPM, Six Sigma.
Demonstrated process improvement experience (3+ years).
Demonstrated experience including the use of established project plan development, contingency planning, risk and issue management.
Knowledge of principles and practices for process engineering and re-engineering techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and to meet aggressive schedules.
Experience with implementation of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and processes.
