Background

• Full Training will be provided!
• ENGLISH Writing and Speaking skills as a native English speaker are required!
• Excellent ENGLISH speaker without a law degree will also be considered.
• Any foreign qualification such as from University of LONDON will be given first preference.
• Experience in Property or Business Conveyancing in Australian law is highly preferred.
• In this position, you will provide assistance to senior lawyers responsible for property and business transactions.
• And, provide technical and administrative support or dealing with clients directly.

Requirements

• Fluency and strong writing/verbal skills in English is a MUST
• Strong preference to be given to candidates with near-native or native English language skills
• Strong MS Office skills, especially WORD
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Preference to be given to LL.B and LL.M. in Commercial Law/Business Law
• Preference to be given to those who can write flawless English.

Job Description

• Complete forms and follow procedures.
• Draft legal contracts, letters and correspondences.
• Research on Australian laws, regulations and policies (initial training will be provided) and prepare reports/summaries.
• Review and provide legal advice on legal documents of concern.
• Making phone calls and liaise with agents, other side solicitors and clients.
• Provide administrative and technical support to senior lawyers.

Location/Time

• Remote Work from home.
• You can live in any city, such as Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, or Rawalpindi.
• Location must have high speed and reliable internet connection.
• Location must be quiet with minimal background noise.
• Time:
• Full-time: Monday - Friday: 5am - 2pm. Sunday: Flexible
• Part-time: to be discussed

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 40 per week
