Job Description
- Plan, prepare and deliver courses /training according to the training accredited course.
- Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
- Identify training needs based on projected production processes.
- Develop and organize training manuals, and other educational materials.
- Analyze needs to develop new programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Review and evaluate training programs for fulfillment with standards.
- Learning and assessment strategies to meet the learning needs.
Job Specification
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Possess an understanding of IT Services.
- Professional Training Certification
- Proven relationship building skills
- Proven, demonstratable presentation/demonstration skills
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Comprehensive knowledge of techniques and philosophies of adult education.
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong PC skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
